Privacy notice
There is a contact form on this site, and I handle what comes through it myself. The site sets no cookies, but it does run a light visitor measurement, described below.
What is collected
When you get in touch by email or phone, I handle the details you give me yourself: your name, your contact details and what you are asking about. On the form, your name, email address and message are required. You can also add a topic, a company and a phone number if you want to.
The form records which page you sent it from and how you arrived on the site: any referring address and any campaign tags that were in the URL. Your IP address is stored only as a one-way hash, which is what stops the form being abused automatically. The address itself is never kept.
Where it goes
Messages sent through the form are stored on my own server at yhteys.inunison.fi, and they arrive in my inbox at the same time. Resend delivers that email as a processor acting on my behalf.
Messages sent by email or phone come straight to me. Nothing is shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Your message stays on my server and in my email for as long as it is needed to respond to your enquiry. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies. It does use visitor measurement, running on my own server at seo.inunison.fi. It stores a single identifier in your browser, which is what tells a new visit apart from a returning one. That identifier does not carry your name, your email address or anything else that would identify you, and the measurement data is not passed to ad networks.
Your rights and contact
You have the right to see, correct and delete the data concerning you. For deletion or any other request, contact me at the email shown in the contact details.
