Sales, marketing, web and automation

Everyone wants more sales. Fewer know what's actually in the way.
It can be the targeting, the message, or the fact that nobody picks up the phone. Usually it's a combination, and usually it can be fixed.
I start with the fundamentals and build something that still works next month. What you end up with is a list of the right companies, messages that survive being read, and a calendar with conversations in it.
I've run the full sales cycle on my own, from first contact to close, while also carrying the marketing. I do the work, or sharpen what's already there.

A website that doesn't generate business is just a cost. A campaign that doesn't connect to sales is just noise.
Most companies already have pieces in place: a website, maybe some ads, maybe content. It's less often clear which of them produce anything and which just run.
I find that out first. After that the site becomes a sales tool, campaigns go where the buyers are, and materials get written to support the sales conversation. I measure what matters, and I say so when the number doesn't move.
Search engines now have company. More and more buyers ask an AI first, and the pages that end up in those answers are the ones built to be read by a machine as well as a person. Clear content, technical discoverability and reliable sources support visibility in search engines and AI services. I develop these as part of the same overall work.

The value of a site is measured by what happens afterwards.
Websites, landing pages and web services, from design to launch. The same hand writes the copy, designs the thing and builds it.
The platform will be Next.js, WordPress or Squarespace. The choice follows from what the site has to be able to do and who maintains it. The comparison lives on its own page.
Most sites were built when being found on Google was enough. Buyers may also look for information through AI services. This can be put right on an existing site too.
The web side has its own subsite, with a platform comparison, the process and examples.

AI is only worth it if it saves time, improves quality, or removes work that shouldn't be done by hand.
There is a lot of noise around AI. New tools arrive every week, the promises are large and the results are unclear. I've built my own tools and I use AI in my work every day, so I can tell which part of it is usable.
The work starts with a survey. Which steps repeat, which of them are worth automating, and where a person should stay in the loop. Usually one tool is enough, the one that takes over the step you repeat every week.
An enquiry reaches the right person without anyone reading a list. A report exists without anyone assembling it by hand. A message is already in the right register.
